In the lead-up to the Haryana Assembly elections, both Congress and BJP have made a flurry of promises to the public. BJP National President JP Nadda released the party’s manifesto in Rohtak, featuring numerous commitments aimed at women, youth, farmers, and other groups. This manifesto, dubbed the “Sankalp Patra,” presents a 20-point agenda through which the BJP hopes to regain power in the state.

While launching the Sankalp Patra, JP Nadda emphasized that this document represents the party’s commitment, unlike Congress’s manifesto, which he described as a mere formality. He recalled that ten years ago, Haryana was perceived as a place where jobs were acquired through corruption. The BJP, he asserted, is dedicated to serving Haryana continuously.
